We are currently looking for a Branch Manager for our client, a leading Air-Conditioning, Electrical and Refrigeration Maintenance group in Australia and abroad. This employer is committed to their employees and their on-going development and training.
We are pleased to be able to provide an opportunity for a professional and suitably qualified person to join their team in the position of ACT Branch Manager based in Canberra.
The core competencies of the role are:
Meeting and maximising budgeted revenue from maintenance, breakdown and light commercial sales
Increasing the contract portfolio through a targeted sales plan
Maintain and build effective customer relationships
Prepare annual budgets and provide strategic planning and participate in senior management meetings
Prepare monthly management reports
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience and skills in business management, staff management and experience in a commercial environment is desirable. Experience with air conditioning maintenance in a commercial environment will also be an advantage
