This multi disciplinary Consultancy based in Canberra has a reputation that is second to none.
Their expanding office is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer. The position requires a team player with proven experience within a consulting practice or acting as a consultant within the building services industry.
You will also possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant Australian experience (qualification acceptable for admissions into the IEA).
The role will require you to:
Prepare, develop and assess concept designs.
Apply relevant BCA and Australian standards to the industry.
Estimate cost budgets for a variety of projects and tendering.
Liaise with Authorities, contractors, suppliers and clients.
Instruct new and existing senior and junior staff members.
Undertake marketing on an as required basis.
Salary will be negotiated dependant on experience and expertise.
