This corporate outsourcing provider is in need of a self motiovated professional to join their successful team.
The Leasing Manager will manage the delegated portfolio responsibilities to the standards set by the client in the Service Level Agreement. Specific accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Provide local market advice on lease renewal opitions.
Source new or alternative premises and secure lease terms.
Deal with all landlord enquiries
Negotiate market rent reviews and resolve complex building faults when required.
You will also be primarily responsible for interacting with client personnel, external landlords, tenants and internal staff.
