Senior Fire Engineer
Location: - ACT & Queanbeyan
Rate: $ 100 to $ 120 K (Full-Time)
Our client is well renowned and respected for their premium service. So it’s not surprising that due to recent growth we are looking for a Senior Fire Engineer to join their team.
The position will incorporate the following key roles and responsibilities within the team:
• Carry out fire engineering assessments, including detailed analysis and preparation of fire engineering reports and reviews of others analysis and design.
• Allocation of work across the fire engineering and fire design group
• Provide on the job training for all members of the fire engineering and fire design team.
• Management of staff workload.
• Financial management including responsibility for negotiation of fire engineering fees, invoicing, debtor management, and advice
on monthly adjustments to Work In Progress.
• Work to continually improve business process through ongoing development of fire engineering reporting, process and
methodologies both internally within the Canberra office and across the fire-engineering group.
• Act as Project Coordinator and key client contact role on Fire Engineering projects.
• Actively market fire engineering and other services by contacting and visiting potential and existing clients
• Prepare and submit proposals for projects, in association with the Office Manager.
