THE COMPANY
This multi-disciplinary North Sydney based ECPM has a proud Australian history of providing quality solutions to a number of industries. Their Transmission and Distribution sector currently require Electrical Supervisors to assist with the construction of large HV substation projects.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of Leading Hands, Electricians, and equipment on HV substation construction sites. You will also ensure the work is completed in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. You will also resolve any day to day problems on site and report any issues to the Operations Coordinator.
THE PERSON
You must have all relevant trade certificates to work on HV construction projects as well as experience in a Foreman/Leading Hand position in a similar industry. You will have held a position of authority and be able to delegate work accordingly. You will also be able to accomplish tasks with awareness of Health and Safety concerning yourself, others and their environment.
