PCA People has one of the strongest established client bases in Canberra's Commonwealth and ACT governments. With a reputation for professional recruiting services and a caring approach, we are building upon our specialist scribing services for our Government clients throughout all phases of their recruitment process.
We are looking for experienced scribes to join our expanding scribing team. We are expecting on-going opportunities as well as a body of work on a bulk recruitment program set to start towards the end of September.
This projects will involve participation and assistance at various levels throughout the recruitment process, including (but not limited to);
* shortlisting recommendations against selection criteria,
* recording key points and decisions during shortlisting & interview stages,
* acting as a panel member,
* writing selection advisory committee reports, and
* obtaining referee reports and providing feedback to applicants.
There is no requirement for shorthand or the ability to record discussions verbatim; however the ability to obtain and record critical information and provide guidance to selection panels is essential.
