HR Advisor

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to apply their skills and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding role.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to work for a large Canberra based organisation. The primary purpose of this role is to provide advice and support across a range of Human Resources Management issues. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing high quality advice and support to Senior HR Advisers and HR Managers
  
• Providing information and advice on a range of HR issues to employees of the organisation
  
• Contributing to development, implementation and review of people strategies

To be successful in this role it is important that you have the following qualities:

• Knowledge of HRM principles and practices
  
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  
• Excellent organisational skills

Relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
