Lending Specialist

As the lending specialist you will be responsible for supporting new and existing relationships with mortgage brokers by providing financial solutions and ensuring their clients financial needs are met.

The positions primary responsibilities are to achieve sales by proactively taking and processing applications through to settlement. Additional duties will include:

• Liaise with the clients to confirm details and discuss other needs;
  
• Actively liaise with relationship managers to resolve Broker and servicing issues;
  
• Business development activities; and
  
• Discuss general loan scenarios with brokers

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated sales and service capability in the financial services industry and strong knowledge and experience with lending products. Additionally, you will possess effective communication, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
