Reporting to the property director your responsibilities will include;
manage the effective performance of the portfolio
maximize the financial performance of the portfolio through effective negotiation of rent reviews, lease, and outgoings
provide premises solutions to meet the groups requirements.
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years proven property management or valuations and display excellent negotiation and communication skills.
