A great opportunity has arisen with one of Australias most popular builders for an enthusiastic Coordinator who is highly ambitious and can see themselves in a project management position down the track.
They enjoy a huge presence nationally but are also considered to be a builder of choice for many high profile clients in Canberra. They are heavily involved in the construction of commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects and are capable of completing jobs well over $70mill.
Your role will include assisting an experienced Project Manager. You will also be given responsibility for managing sub-contract packages and processing claims, variations and payments.
