Project Design Architect

Due to increasing market demand and the success of a number of tender applications, this well respected practise with a reputation for innovation in design, seeks a Project Architect to take ownership of a number of high profile projects.

You will have exposure to a broad scope of projects ranging from Retail, Commercial Office, High End Residential, the Arts and Education. The qualities of an ability to work with little supervision and leadership potential are highly sought for the role.

You will be interested and experienced in all phases of Architectural services including initial design concept through to construction and site architecture with client liaison and contractor management skills. Substantial construction documentation knowledge will be necessary to prepare drawings and specifications for tender and construction. It is also preferred that you will have had exposure to site administration and co-ordination of consultants.

Experience with drawing with recognised CAD software is essential, as are skills in Microsoft office.
