This local Building Contractor has an opening for an experienced Project Director/Manager. You must have a track record of delivering complex construction projects and be respected by your peers in the industry and clients who you have completed projects for.
This company have a role that will allow you to oversee bids, negotiate with clients, add value at the conceptual stages of projects and nurture the whole process. You will use your previous experience of working on the delivery side of things to further enhance your daily working life and offer value engineered solutions to clients.
To really add value to this company you will need to be a focused, dynamic and energetic individual who is driven and ambitious. You must have a very strong commercial awareness and exceptional presentation and delivery skills
