As the assigned client representative you will be responsible for the coordination of major building and engineering projects.
Providing practical construction input within design, project planning and cost estimation, you will work as a strong team member to ensure consultants, contractors and authorities are effectively managed for successful project delivery.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must as the position also entails management of contracts including financial issues and preparation of project progress reports. To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar role.
