This housing development organisation is experiencing a massive boom in their core business and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of several projects.
You will form part of a project management team and your main responsibilities will include:
Developing project briefs and development applications
Feasibility and suitability studies for new housing developments
Assist through the design and implementation stage
Complete tender submisssions
Manage several concurrent projects.
To be successful in this role you will have project management experience on housing or commercial projects. A relevant qualification in construction or project management would be highly desirable.
The most important skill is to be able to manage several projects at once and to fit into a small but talented team of project managers. A background in design would be highly regarded as would a clear understanding of design briefing.
