Property Manager- commercial & residential

We are currently looking for a Property Manager to work for a National Outsource provider that works closely with a large number of Government departments.

As part of the role, successful applicants will support the National Leasing Manager by providing local market advice on lease renewals, deal with all landlord enquiries and source new or alternative premises and secure lease terms.

Candidates must have demonstrated ability to manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction including the negotiation and successful resolution of any contentious issues. Proven capapcity to successfully manage a business requirement including ability to understand, interpret and respond to management, operational and financial information trends.
