Bringing with you a history of successful major construction works ($40-100m contract values) you will be joining one of Australia's leading principle contractors to take the role as Site Manager for the entire duration (from early civil works and concrete structures phases through to handover) of what will be one of Canberra's newest Projects.
Success in this Senior Site Management role will not only rely on your ability to communicate & motivate a team including several Foreman; a minimum of 3 Project Engineers and Contracts Administration staff but also your experience and capability in the Logistical Management of a major construction project that has numerous subcontractors, stakeholders and red tape requirements that will all require precise reporting.
