To this end we are currently seeking Senior Site Managers who want to catapult their career by working on the most innovative projects in SE Queensland........
The Site Manager is responsible for leading and directing the project team throughout the construction process. Exceptional trade co-ordination, planning and monitoring skills are required including the ability to manage upwards, solve issues and motivate people.
A key component of the role is strong leadership in the provision of an injury free work environment.
The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for all building works, safety and industrial relations management, in addition the person will be skilled in supervising and co-ordinating sub-contractors.
The Site Manager will be experienced in initiating safety / environment / QA procedures with subcontractors and ensuring procedures are actioned. The person will be responsible for co-ordination of trade sub-contractors across the project to ensure that work flows quickly and efficiently and will be required to monitor all short range programming via weekly sub-contractor meetings, organise and facilitate project safety meetings and supervise and control all direct labour.
