Due the rapid growth of this department, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Director along with their large branch.

We are seeking experience in diary and travel coordination, meeting preparation, coordinating events and conferences along with other administrative support. Success will be achieved through an organised and articulate approach to your work.

An organised, enthusiastic and reliable work ethic is required in this position, your ability to manage others time is a key component in this busy position. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Previous government experience along with a Protected or higher level security clearance will ensure your success.
