This hugely successful employer now requires 3 Desktop Support Officers to ensure that IT services are delivered to agreed standards and time frames across its various government clients.

Successful applicants will already have a strong history of working as a desktop support professional within a Government department. Candidates will have good ITIL awareness along with large enterprise systems experience.

These roles are all encompassing so as well as solid desktop experience candidates should have some server connectivity experience as well as really understand what fault finding is about.

Successful applicants must be professional by nature and have excellent customer facing skills.

A current security clearance is essential.
