Residential Property Lawyer

This permanent position is a newly created opportunity within a local construction company sustaining strong growth. The organisation is looking to bring an in-house legal capacity and therefore seeking a highly experienced solicitor to specialise in property law including conveyancing for both residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and be responsible for providing property services and advice including residential and commercial acquisitions, sales and general conveyancing.

To be considered, you must have a strong property exposure with a minimum of 3 years post admission experience. An essential component of the position will be your ability to work with the key clients and external solicitors in providing high level specialist advice and innovative solutions on behalf of the company.

A part time or full time arrangement will be considered.
